How to Submit Manuscripts
Manuscripts are submitted via the Journal's online Editorial Manager submission portal (accessible here).
To submit your manuscript to JHOP, you must:
- Ensure that your article complies with JHOP's Author Guidelines. Manuscripts that do not will be returned to the authors for revision.
- Save the entire manuscript, including abstract, tables and/or figures, and reference list, as a Word file and save individual image or PDF files for each image or figure at a high resolution (300 dpi).
- Register as an author on JHOP's Editorial Manager site. To register, visit the main page and click "Register" in the login box or top right-hand corner of the site.
- Make sure no identifying information (eg, author name, affiliation) is included in your manuscript file or file names (in order to comply with JHOP's double-anonymized peer-review policy).
- Log in to JHOP's Editorial Manager page here as an author and click "Submit New Manuscript" on the main menu. The system will guide you through the submission process.
