Quick Quiz: Cancer Survivorship

Page 1 of 7: Cancer Survivorship

According to the American Cancer Society, approximately 15.5 million individuals with a history of cancer were alive in the United States on January 1, 2016 (excluding basal-cell and squamous-cell skin cancers and noninvasive cancers of any site, except urinary bladder). By January 1, 2026, it is estimated that this number will increase to approximately 20.3 million. Public awareness of issues related to cancer survivorship needs to remain a priority, as survivors often face numerous challenges even after they have completed treatment.
